Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated residential and commercial addresses.
- Ensure all deliveries are made accurately and within the agreed-upon time windows.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during drop-offs.
- Handle package documentation, including digital signatures and proof of delivery.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major infractions).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app-based delivery tasks.
- Strong knowledge of Houston, TX roads and traffic patterns.
- Willingness and ability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
