Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated residential and commercial addresses.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Verify delivery addresses and handle special instructions or exceptions appropriately.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and digital tracking records.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills for digital logging and proof of delivery.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to follow a delivery route efficiently.
