Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Albuquerque area.
- Verify delivery contents and obtain customer signatures upon completion.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle interior.
- Report any delivery issues or vehicle maintenance needs to management immediately.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent state driver's license.
- Must possess a clean driving record (no major traffic violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and route planning software.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
