- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within designated DC zones
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize routes to meet delivery windows while prioritizing safety
- Handle returns and exchanges per company protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Experience operating commercial vehicles (vans, box trucks)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Washington DC geography and traffic patterns
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
