Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks for efficient freight transport across Phoenix metro and Arizona routes
- Maintain rigorous vehicle safety standards and DOT compliance documentation
- Optimize delivery routes using our digital platform to maximize on-time performance
- Manage client communications and delivery confirmations through mobile app
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time load adjustments and priority shipments
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and minor maintenance as needed
- Submit accurate delivery records and expense reports weekly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Owned/leased box truck (26+ ft) with current registration and insurance
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metro roadways and Arizona highway systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment safely
- Proficient in smartphone navigation and basic digital platforms
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends as needed
