Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout the DC metro area.
- Verify recipient identities and obtain signatures for delivery confirmation.
- Utilize handheld devices to update delivery status and log route details accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Resolve delivery issues professionally and handle customer inquiries with a smile.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and GPS navigation applications.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekend shifts.
- Reliable transportation for shift changes.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
