Responsibilities
- Deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and commercial addresses throughout Sacramento.
- Obtain and verify signatures for all deliveries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Inspect vehicle daily for cleanliness and mechanical issues.
- Update delivery status and route using the company mobile application.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling.
- Resolve minor customer inquiries and handle package exceptions professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for route management.
- Basic knowledge of the Sacramento area geography.
