Responsibilities
- Safely transport food and packages using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrival within 15-30 minute windows
- Process cashless payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding order updates and special requests
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct pre/post-shift inspections
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation apps (Google Maps/Waze)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Exceptional time management and route optimization skills
- Customer-focused communication abilities in English
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cashless payments and tips
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
