Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages, food, and goods to customers across Louisville using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for confirmation
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication and problem-solving
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and delivery time windows
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to maximize efficiency and fuel conservation
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and delays
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Louisville streets and surrounding areas
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
