Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to customers across Long Beach and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via our proprietary app
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and mechanical safety
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and on-time performance
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Handle high-volume peak periods with professionalism and urgency
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Reliable personal vehicle (or ability to use company vehicle if applicable)
- Smartphone with GPS capability and reliable internet connection
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
