Responsibilities
- Safely deliver food and packages to customers across Cleveland within designated time windows
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle interior/exteriorVerify order accuracy before each delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs
- Report maintenance issues and accidents immediately
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes using provided GPS technology
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland streets and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and navigation skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Previous delivery/driver experience preferred
- Background check and drug screening required
