Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Atlanta in a timely manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and handle packages with the utmost care to ensure integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery vehicle at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer questions, and handle delivery feedback positively.
- Utilize the mobile app to update delivery status and route information in real-time.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collect payments or process proof of delivery when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Must possess a reliable smartphone with a data plan for GPS and app-based tasks.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic English communication skills for customer interaction.
