Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses across Cleveland
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse operations during off-peak hours
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
