Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in the Chicago area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while driving.
- Handle packages with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service during every delivery.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the truck.
- Update delivery status via the mobile app in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
- Valid State Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with the Chicago area.
- Physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for app-based work.
