Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently from the delivery vehicle.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic or handwritten signatures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Update delivery status in the company app in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.
- Dependable with a proven track record of reliability.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid DOT medical card (if required).
