The Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company. You will ensure our customers receive their orders safely, on time, and with a smile. We provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver goods to residential and commercial addresses in the Charlotte area.
- Load and unload packages using hand trucks, dollies, and lifting equipment.
- Verify delivery contents and obtain signatures for proof of delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use mobile applications to track routes, log hours, and update delivery statuses.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and ability to follow a route map accurately.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Reliable personal transportation to the local facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
