Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route optimization using GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service with positive interactions at every stop
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and mechanical safety
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Communicate delivery status updates through real-time tracking systems
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City metropolitan area
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for app-based communication
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order verification
