Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery.
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals and maximize fuel efficiency.
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery-related inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with dispatch team to address delivery challenges and update delivery status.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years).
- Minimum 1 year of professional delivery or commercial driving experience.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 70 pounds regularly.
