Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers in a timely manner.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at every delivery point.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, and customer signatures.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or standard driver's license (depending on vehicle type).
- Clean driving record with no recent major violations or DUIs.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
