Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate delivery and pickup of goods to residential and commercial locations.
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery for all shipments while adhering to company standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer questions, and resolve any delivery issues efficiently.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and DOT regulations at all times.
- Prepare daily logs and mileage reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and reporting.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
