Responsibilities
- Pick up packages and documents from local distribution centers and ensure they are loaded securely.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Philadelphia area efficiently.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures when required.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained delivery vehicle.
- Report any vehicle issues or delivery delays immediately to the dispatch team.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle returns or exchanges professionally.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
