Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential/commercial addresses using company vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and timeliness using GPS navigation systems
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and navigate stairs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be 21+ years old due to insurance requirements
