Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and cargo to designated customer locations in and around the Fresno area.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Practice excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Load and unload merchandise efficiently, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Update delivery status in the mobile app in real-time for accuracy.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Report any vehicle issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app usage.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
