Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses safely and on time.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring no damage occurs during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate logs of delivery attempts, mileage, and vehicle condition.
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols strictly.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and fueled.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of the Albuquerque, NM area and surrounding regions.
- Reliable, personal vehicle with valid auto insurance and registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation apps and logging.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adhere to a uniform dress code.
