Responsibilities
- Safely transport food packages and goods to customers within Sacramento area
- Maintain strict adherence to delivery time windows and route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and operational status
- Accurately process payments and manage delivery documentation
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and order management
- Excellent time management and route planning skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
