Responsibilities
- Safely load, secure, and unload packages and merchandise from the delivery vehicle.
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Observe all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks before and after routes.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use a company vehicle.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
