Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations throughout Tulsa
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance requirements are met
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions or customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Tulsa metropolitan area and surrounding regions
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
