Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Tulsa metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for high-value shipments
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to maximize delivery efficiency
- Inspect and maintain assigned delivery vehicle for cleanliness and mechanical safety
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and delays
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Tulsa area streets and neighborhoods
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to depot location
