Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of packages and goods across Tucson metropolitan area
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and pick-ups
- Maintain accurate delivery records and digital manifests
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in varying weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting
