Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of food packages, documents, and retail items across San Francisco
- Utilize GPS navigation to optimize routes and maintain strict adherence to delivery timeframes
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and digital documentation through our mobile app
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to communicate delivery status and address route challenges
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in various weather conditions
- Smartphone proficiency with reliable data plan for delivery app usage
- Knowledge of San Francisco neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Background check and drug test clearance required
