Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all deliveries are made accurately, including proper handling of fragile items.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing our brand.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers via the mobile app.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Collect payments or process returns as directed by the dispatch team.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- A reliable personal vehicle suitable for delivery work.
- A smartphone with data capabilities for navigation and communication.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs (assistance provided).
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
