Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to various customer locations in and around Oklahoma City.
- Unload and load merchandise using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks as required.
- Ensure all packages are handled with care to maintain a high accuracy rate and customer satisfaction score.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Verify delivery contents against manifests and obtain signatures where necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or a clean standard driver's license.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-100 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong knowledge of local Oklahoma City streets and traffic patterns.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
