Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Orlando area.
- Interact professionally and courteously with existing and prospective customers during deliveries.
- Inspect vehicle daily for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and fuel levels; report any mechanical problems immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
- Pack and secure deliveries to ensure items arrive in perfect condition.
- Complete daily logs and delivery paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance in company uniform.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and accessing navigation tools.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
