Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles on assigned routes in and around the Fort Worth area.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses with accuracy and timeliness.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at every delivery stop.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior, adhering to company and safety standards.
- Update delivery status logs and handle any customer returns or exceptions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent commercial driving experience.
- At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience in a commercial or delivery environment.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to navigate efficiently through traffic.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
