Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and goods to customers across Tucson
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure optimal vehicle maintenance
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while representing the Swift Logistics brand
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing as required
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and app-based communication
- Strong time-management skills and punctuality
- Basic math skills for handling payments and inventory
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
