Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers and commercial vehicles during night shifts
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Transport freight across designated routes with on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation per FMCSA regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and communication
- Adhere to all safety protocols and defensive driving practices
- Handle cargo loading/unloading and securement procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Physical ability to handle cargo and climb equipment
- Pass background check and mandatory drug screening
- Familiarity with Minneapolis metro area routes preferred
