Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update real-time tracking systems via mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery inquiries promptly
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs to fleet management
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols for 100% on-time delivery rate
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to maximize efficiency and fuel savings
- Collaborate with dispatch team to handle special delivery requests and schedule adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency with reliable internet connection for app usage
