Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Ensure all deliveries are made according to the assigned route and schedule.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues with a positive attitude.
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle before and after each shift.
- Log all deliveries accurately using our mobile application and maintain proper paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to represent our brand effectively.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app-based reporting.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
