Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes covering Texas and surrounding states
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining accurate electronic logs (ELD) and compliance with DOT regulations
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Load/unload freight with proper securing techniques using provided equipment
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding shipment status
- Maintain clean driving record and defensive driving practices at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in using ELD systems and basic navigation technology
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays and weekend deliveries
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive background check
