Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries across Seattle using company vehicles
- Optimize daily routes using GPS navigation tools to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles before/after shifts to ensure operational safety
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
