Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Charlotte metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using our proprietary mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries professionally
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective service
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adjust routes based on real-time traffic conditions
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and secure cargo according to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of clean driving record (no major violations)
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 70 pounds regularly
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet tight delivery windows
