Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, maintaining proper handling of goods.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent non-commercial license.
- Current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction and safety.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
