Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe and timely manner, ensuring all deliveries meet quality standards.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues efficiently.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and mileage using handheld devices.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies strictly at all times.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class B or CDL preferred but not required for entry-level).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the terminal.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
