Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify delivery contents against bills of lading and obtain signatures when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Update delivery status using our mobile application in real-time.
- Resolve delivery issues professionally and escalate complex situations to management.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and app updates.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
