Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents safely and efficiently to designated delivery points.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Inspect vehicle for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update tracking systems in real-time.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR acceptable).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app usage.
