Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries across Philadelphia using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication through our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes for efficiency while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries
- Collaborate with dispatch team to update delivery status and address route challenges
- Ensure temperature-controlled items are handled according to food safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery technology
- Strong time-management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
