Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations within Albuquerque metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile tracking system and digital signature capture
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and update delivery status in real-time
- Assist with warehouse duties including sorting packages and loading/unloading shipments when needed
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
