Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food items to customers across Los Angeles County
- Maintain accurate delivery records and GPS tracking logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and pick-ups
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure on-time performance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Los Angeles neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to one (mileage reimbursement provided)
