Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to ensure timely and accurate drop-offs to residential and commercial locations.
- Load and unload merchandise efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and weight limits.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times, including regular washing and detailing.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer questions, and resolve any delivery issues or complaints.
- Follow daily routes and schedules using GPS, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and time windows.
- Complete daily logs and paperwork accurately to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class B or Commercial License preferred).
- Clean driving record with no major violations or DUIs in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology, GPS navigation systems, and handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
