Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods throughout San Jose and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and meet daily delivery quotas
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving or delivery experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with navigation apps and route planning
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
